Delivering time and replacements

Shipping. We dispatch the books the same day we receive the payment. Almost all titles on our website are in stock. Is an ordered title out of stock and it will take longer than a few days to supply it, you receive an e-mail, you can decide to wait or cancel the order.
- Replacements: Books specially ordered for you can not be replaced.
- Books we had in stock can only be replaced: 1: if it was not a special offer, 2: within about 10 days after delivering 3: if you visit our bookshop and change it for another book
